Shipping
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM Central ship the same day. After that, they go out the next business day. Most US orders arrive in 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS.
What does shipping cost?
Three tiers: $1 flat on singles-only orders, free on any order $75 and over, and calculated rates at checkout on sealed/mixed orders under $75. See the shipping page for the full breakdown.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We're working on it. For now, US only.
Condition grading
How are singles graded?
Every single is inspected and graded by hand against the standard TCG scale:
- Near Mint (NM) — pack-fresh or close to it. Minor printing imperfections allowed.
- Lightly Played (LP) — very minor wear. Small edge marks, light scratches on the surface.
- Moderately Played (MP) — visible wear on edges and surface. No creases, holes, or major damage.
- Heavily Played (HP) — significant wear. Whitened edges, scratches, possibly minor creasing.
- Damaged (DMG) — major wear: bends, tears, water damage, or writing.
When in doubt, we grade down. If you receive a single that's worse than advertised, email us — we'll refund or replace.
Are foils and non-foils priced separately?
Yes. Foil prints are tagged and titled accordingly and priced based on market rates. Non-foils and foils of the same card are separate products.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Checkout is handled by Shopify so your payment info never touches our servers.
Do you accept store credit or gift cards?
Store credit from a buylist or returned order is honored as a discount code at checkout. We don't sell gift cards yet, but that's on the list.
Returns & problems
Can I return an order?
Yes — see our returns policy for the full details. Short version: 30 days, sealed product unopened, singles returnable if mis-graded or damaged in shipping.
My card arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email info@etcetera.games with your order number and a photo. We'll refund or replace, no fuss.
Buying / selling cards
Do you buy cards?
Yes — buylist is in early access. Email info@etcetera.games with what you have and we'll send back an offer. More on the buylist page.
Do you do consignment?
For high-value singles and sealed product, yes — see the consignment page.
Do you do trade-ins toward store credit?
Same answer as buylist for now — email us. A proper trade-in calculator is on the way.
The store
Do you have a physical location?
Not yet. We're online-only for now, with a brick-and-mortar shop on the longer-term roadmap. Local pickup isn't available.
Do you run events (FNM, prereleases, etc.)?
Not yet — events go live with the physical store. Stay subscribed to the newsletter for updates.
Where are you based?
Denton, Texas. All orders ship from here.
