We ship from Denton, Texas. Same-day pack-out on orders placed before 2 PM Central. Most US orders arrive in 2–5 business days.

Carriers
Most orders ship USPS First Class or Ground Advantage. Larger packages and orders with sealed product may ship UPS Ground. Tracking is provided for every order — you'll get an email when your label prints.
Pack-out timing
- Orders placed before 2 PM Central, Monday–Friday: ship same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM Central or on weekends: ship the next business day.
- Holidays: we observe federal holidays; orders ship the next business day after.
How we pack
Singles ship in penny sleeves, then a toploader, then a bubble mailer. High-value singles ($100+) go in a team bag and rigid mailer with delivery confirmation. Sealed product ships in right-sized boxes with appropriate padding — no loose product rattling around.
International
Not yet — we ship US-only for now. International shipping is on the roadmap once volume justifies the customs paperwork. Email info@etcetera.games if you have a high-value international request and we'll see what we can work out one-on-one.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is marked delivered but didn't arrive, wait 48 hours (sometimes carriers scan early). If it still hasn't shown up, email us with your order number and we'll file a carrier claim and make it right.
Damaged in transit? Email us a photo of the package and the damaged contents — we'll refund or replace.
Heads up: these rates and timelines apply to standard orders. Pre-orders ship when the product is released. Combined orders ship together by default.
