Returns

If something's wrong with your order, we want to know — and we want to fix it. The full policy below; the short version is: 30 days, sealed product unopened, and we always make damaged or mis-graded items right.

What we accept

  • Unopened sealed product — booster boxes, bundles, decks, etc. — within 30 days of delivery, in original condition.
  • Mis-graded singles — if a card arrives in worse condition than it was listed as, we'll refund the difference or take it back for a full refund.
  • Damaged in transit — any order damaged in shipping. Email a photo and we'll refund or replace.
  • Wrong item shipped — our mistake; we'll pay return shipping and ship the right item.

What we can't accept

  • Opened sealed product (boosters cracked, decks opened, etc.) — once it's open, the value's gone for resale.
  • Singles in worse condition than they shipped — if it's been played with, damaged, or altered after delivery, we can't take it back.
  • Items returned past the 30-day window.
  • Special-order or custom items (pre-orders that have already shipped, single-card requests).

How to start a return

  1. Email info@etcetera.games with your order number and reason. Photos help for damaged or mis-graded items.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the items in their original condition and ship back. Returns that aren't our fault (e.g. change of mind on sealed product) are at your shipping cost; we cover return shipping for damaged, wrong, or mis-graded items.
  4. Once we receive and inspect, refunds go back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Refund methods

Refunds default to the original payment method. If you'd rather take store credit (sometimes 10% extra, depending on the situation), let us know in your email and we'll work it out.

Cancellations

Need to cancel an order before it ships? Email us as fast as you can. If we haven't packed it yet, we'll cancel and refund in full. Once it's labeled, you'll need to wait for delivery and start a return.

Pre-order policy: pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before the product is released. Once the product is in our hands and the order has shipped, the standard return rules apply.
